The Silhouette Garden is a space to develop and hone that skill.

Here you'll find an ever-growing collection of plant silhouettes, from the simplest grasses to intricate clusters of leaves and fronds, each one a small study in shape, flow, and proportion.

Each month, I'll add a new collection of silhouettes to incorporate into your garden. My hope is that these pages will create a quiet, meditative exercise for those days when a whole painting feels like too much work.
